Delete Your Account
You have the right to permanently delete your Elira Cycles account and all personal and reproductive health data associated with it, at any time.
In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the mobile app:
- Open the Elira Cycles app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity and confirm the deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All cycle, symptom, and health tracking data
- AI-generated insights and personalized models linked to your account
- Notification preferences and app settings
Certain minimal records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations) and will be securely deleted once the retention period ends. Anonymized, non-identifiable analytics may be retained.
Processing Time
Account deletion typically completes within 30 days of your request. Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling basis and are fully removed within 90 days. Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request below. This will open your email client with a pre-filled message to our privacy team.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. For verification, the request must be sent from the email address associated with your account.
